Excuse me, excuse me, EXCUSE ME!

You know what really grinds my gears? When I'm trying to get by someone who is very clearly in my way and I politely say "excuse me" and nothing! I say "excuse me" again hoping maybe I just didn't say it loud enough, but nope, still nothing! I hate it when I have to say "excuse me" 3 or 4 times before the person finally hears or decides to finally move. It's the most frustrating thing because it should be a common sense courtesy move. Especially if I'm with another person and I'm trying to get by, I feel like a fool saying it over and over again with no response. The absolute worst is when I even include a little shoulder touch in combination with the "excuse me" and still get no response! How rude!

3/4 of a Parking Space

You know what really grinds my gears? When people don't know how to effectively parallel park. I can't stand it when I'm trying to find a parking space on my street and there are cars who could have clearly moved up just a few feet and *tada* a new parking space would have magically appeared! But no, instead I have to park far away in the cold dark night as I walk to my house passing at least five different 3/4's of a parking space.

The Empty Toilet Paper Roll

You know what really grinds my gears? When my roommate can't manage to replace the emply toilet paper roll. Whenever she is the one to finish the toilet paper she will get a roll and put it on this shelf rather than replacing the empty toilet paper roll on the holder. I don't know if she is completely oblivious to it, doesn't know how to replace it, or simply does it just to drive me crazy.

That's NOT Recycling!

You know what really grinds my gears? When my roommates put things in the recycling bin that are very clearly not recycling! They treat the recycling bin as if it were a trash bin! Oh and when they actually do put something recyclable in the recycling bin, do they break it down? Of course not! They will put huge boxes in which takes up the whole bin! I'm the one who ends up resorting the recycling from trash and breaking down all of those boxes. Even today my roommate put a hot pocket box in the trash! What gives?!
